Danya Almoghrabi

Danya Almoghrabi is a Milwaukee-area native with a passion for community-led design and student collaboration. Her Palestinian heritage and deeply ingrained values influence her approach to design and community interaction, emphasizing a more humanistic perspective. She obtained her Master of Architecture at UW-Milwaukee where she received her bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Urban Planning.

Danya actively participates in various local non-profit organizations including the student mentorship program Building Opportunities for Student Success (BOSS), the environmental land trust Groundwork Milwaukee, and the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA). Danya firmly believes in the power of architecture and art to foster social and environmental well-being, creating a positive impact on all those who experience it.
